So you don’t know how miso fabulous your life can be? If you purchase a tub of red, white or yellow miso, you’re not only getting the most frickin’ insanely deelish secret from the East… you’re also getting:

- Protein – Plant based protein from miso contains all 9 essential amino acids the body needs!

- Manganese- Aids in antioxidant protection, keeping bones healthy and aids in maintaining stable blood sugar levels.

- Zinc- Helps with a healthy immune system.

- Iron- Helps transport oxygen throughout your body.

Misolala! Here’s my absolute favorite marinade/dip or dressing: Mix until smooth.

2 tablespoons red miso paste

2 tablespoons rice vinegar or red wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

2 Minute Miso Soup

Add 1-2 Tablespoons of miso paste to 4 Cups of boiling water, add firm sliced tofu, green onions, mushrooms as desired, stir to dissolve paste and enjoy!!

Be well, eat well and keep is sexy people xx ck

Hey! This sounds GORGEOUS. Just to clear up, do you mean cloves, or bulbs of garlic? The bulb being the whole thing, the clove being the little individual bit of it. I can’t believe two large cloves are going to be enough to flavour so much potato!
