Want to get all of that dead/dry skin off this weekend for a warm, sunny glow?
I’m sharing my secret recipe for a simple Homemade Lavender Coconut Body Scrub. Try an inexpensive At Home Spa Day this weekend! For best results, body brush dry first, then use your luscious body scrub and enjoy a relaxing spa-day in!
Candice’s Lavender Coconut Body Scrub:
Makes 1, 8 oz Mason Jar (Lasts 2 months!)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup unrefined coconut oil (softened)

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup #SugarInTheRaw

2-4 tablespoons dried lavender (look at your health food store)

Directions:

1- In a medium mixing bowl, using a spatula, mix all ingredients until combined.

2- Using a small spatula or spoon, place into a 8 oz mason jar (or reuse any

clean jar) and store air-tight in your bathroom for up to 2 months.

You’re so beautiful. More goodness to come, stay tuned! xx ck Check out my new beautifying book, Clean Green Drinks, here!

Mmmhmm amaz. We like to cook quinoa like you would cook rice (same water to rice ratio but use chickie broth instead) and then remove it from heat and add mozzarella, sauteed cherry tomatoes (to the point where theyre so juicy they pop with flave) and basil or pesto… Italiano style! You can make a sweet Tom Kah Kai soup and use this as a substitute for rice to put in the bottom of the bowls before you top with soup. Oh the possibilities are endless! Candi you are very keen on the quinoa! Fab choice of food to showcase this week!
