Cucumber Cleanser

Juice: Cucumber, Apple, Kale

Serves 1

This simple three-ingredient blend is a great beginner’s juice that anyone can try. With these fresh ingredients and cell-boosting results, you will look and feel like a million bucks after a few weeks.

1 Fuji apple, quartered

2 cups kale

1 large cucumber

Directions:

1- In a high-powered juicer, carefully add the apple, kale, and cucumber

2- Juice into a clean pitcher and serve immediately. Enjoy fresh or to store, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to a few hours. Juice is best consumed fresh.

 

The Green Peaches and Cream

Smoothie: Banana, Baby Spinach, Peaches

Serves 4

Peaches can have a mild-yet-tart flavor. Blend them with some sweet coconut or almond milk and yogurt, sweet frozen banana, and healthy spinach and Hawaiian spirulina. You’ve just concocted the perfect “Clean Green” smoothie to cleanse and keep up that immunity.

1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup coconut or almond yogurt

2 cups baby spinach

2 cups frozen peaches

1/2 frozen banana

1 tablespoon spirulina

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

 

The Chocolate Avocado Goddess                                                                        

Smoothie: Avocado, Banana, Cocoa powder

Serves 2

1 ¼ cups unsweetened almond milk                                                                                                                   

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

1 frozen bananas

2 tablespoons dark unsweetened cocoa powder

2 teaspoons agave nectar (if you must)

1 cup ice

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
