Sweet potatoes are not only absolutely delicious, they contain plenty of Vitamin A (350% daily value), and Vitamin C (30% dv)! Leave the skins on for an extra bonus of fiber! There is just nothing better than dipping these fries into a sweet BBQ honey sauce. Or, enjoy this meal along side of a fat veggie burger, lil’ mini sliders or with a tofu milkshake! You will never go back to those old stinkin’ fries that just add to the waist!
