Golden Roasted Sweet Potato Fries, with Skinny BBQ Dipping Sauce

4 large sweet potatoes, skin on, cut into wedges, steak or thin, to your liking
2 teaspoons EX Virg Olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 t Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss sweet potato wedges on a sheet tray with olive oil, salt and garlic powder.. Spread the wedges out on the sheet tray for even cooking.
Bake until golden brown, sweet and a little crispy, 25-30 minutes, sprinkle with sea salt to taste & serve with the Honey BBQ sauce, see recipe to follow.

½ C Honey, ¼ C Brown sugar, 2 T Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/2 C Tomato paste, 2 T Dijon Mustard, ¼ C Worcestershire Sauce
Mix well and dip away.. Make as sweet or as savory as desired!
